Shopping Lists
KommerceServer provides the ability to allow your customers to create shopping lists of desired products that is saved to their user account, enabling them to signify interest without immediate intent to purchase. Offering your customers shopping lists serves as an effective way to reduce shopping cart abandonment and fulfill sales from customers who showed intent but didn't end up purchasing. Shopping lists are mutually beneficial as they give customers an easy way to remind themselves of a product they are interested in and it helps merchants measure product interest beyond a clear-cut sale. You can navigate to the Shopping Lists page by selecting Account Management>Shopping Lists. The following image shows an example of the Shopping Lists page.
The main Shopping Lists page allows you to search for a shopping list by company, view existing shopping lists, create a new shopping list from items in your shopping cart, and create a new list from items in your purchase history. Click the link of an existing shopping lists in the Shopping Lists area to view that list. Click the New List From Cart... button to create a new list from items in your shopping cart. Click the New List From History... button to create a new list from your purchase history.
